Do you offer refunds?

No. All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or store credit.

Because our products include handcrafted artisan goods and live Mystery Reveal items, this policy allows us to keep pricing fair and consistent for all customers.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes — but only for non-mystery reveal items.

You may request an exchange within 10 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • In original condition
  • Has all original tags attached

Mystery Reveal items are not eligible for exchange due to the surprise nature of the game.

How do I start an exchange?

Who pays for return shipping on exchanges?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

What is your Mystery Reveal policy?

Mystery Reveal items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This is because every item is revealed live and selected as part of a surprise experience.

What if my Mystery Reveal item arrives damaged?

We will replace your item if it arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Broken
  • Missing parts
  • Or defective

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or video evidence before issuing a replacement.

What counts as a defective item?

A product is considered defective if:

  • It arrives damaged
  • It breaks under normal use within 30 days
  • It has a craftsmanship issue

Natural variations in leather, color, texture, or hand-finishing are not considered defects, as each piece is handcrafted.

Do you replace items if I change my mind?

No. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size preference
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
