ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
During high-volume drops, sales events, or Mystery Reveal lives, processing may take slightly longer. We always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Pre-order items will always be clearly marked on the product page with updated estimated shipping times.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if offered at checkout): 2–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

MYSTERY REVEAL SHIPPING
Mystery Reveal orders are processed with the same care as all other orders.
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days after the reveal (unless otherwise stated during the live event).
- Each item is carefully packaged to protect its condition and presentation.
Because Mystery Reveal items are final sale, we highly recommend double-checking your order before confirming your purchase during live events.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight
- Destination
- Shipping method selected
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at laborandleather@gmail.com. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Carrier delays
If your package is delayed or missing, please:
- Check your tracking link
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Then email us if you need further assistance
We will always help guide you through the process.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and assist with a replacement if eligible.
